Presented to DJ Yella, this commemorative sales award celebrates the success of Creepin on Ah Come Up, the 1994 debut EP from Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Released through Ruthless Records, the project marked a turning point for the label—introducing a new sonic direction built around Bone’s double-time flows, harmonic choruses, and moody, G-funk-influenced production. The breakout single “Thuggish Ruggish Bone” became a defining track of the era.
While Ruthless had made its name with acts like N.W.A., Eazy-E, and Michel’Le, Bone Thugs brought a new regional sound to the forefront. Originally from Cleveland, their success helped expand Ruthless’s national reach and laid the foundation for a Grammy-winning run. Executive-produced by Eazy-E, the EP remains one of the label’s most influential releases.
This large-format award recognizes the sale of more than 3 million units across cassette, CD, and vinyl formats. It includes three silver-colored LPs, a cassette and CD representation, five image insets drawn from the album’s visual materials, and a brushed metal plate personalized to “YELLA.” DJ Yella’s signature appears on the outer glass in black marker.
There is visible warping inside the frame, and water damage has affected the small album cover photo inset. The original brown paper backing also shows tearing and wear, with mild edge wear to the frame itself. Please review all images for condition.
