Maverick McNealy provided one of the day’s standout moments by holing a 48-foot shot from the greenside bunker for birdie—an aggressive recovery that added to the day’s movement across the leaderboard.

The flag displays the official 2025 PGA Championship design, featuring Quail Hollow tournament branding and the number “15” clearly marking its on-course placement. Following the completion of Saturday’s round, a TRuEST™ authenticator witnessed its removal directly on-site. It was subsequently secured, marked, and verified as part of a complete Saturday course set.
